Apple have announced a new documentary telling the story of Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang, their origins and creator Charles M. Schulz.
Narrated by Oscar winning actor Lupita Nyong'o, it features interviews with, among others, Jean Schulz, Kevin Smith, Drew Barrymore, Billie Jean King, Paul Feig and Al Roker. The film is directed by Michael Bonfiglio (Jerry Before Seinfeld, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman, Patrice O'Neal: Killing Is Easy) and produced by Imagine founders Brian Grazer and Ron Howard who also produced Dads and Peanuts in Space: Secrets of Apollo 10 and recently signed a first look deal for scripted films with Apple.
