A new behind-the-scenes feature looking at the making of 'Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock' is now available to view on the official Apple TV YouTube channel.

The five minute preview features executive producers Halle Stanford and Lisa Henson as well as several cast members including Jordan Lockhart, Ed Helms, Daveed Diggs and John Tartaglia as they detail what went into creating the new series and how it was important to keep the spirit of the original show alive whilst giving it a modern upgrade.

Perhaps the best thing about the short feature is the enthusiasm and infectious levels of joy that shine though as every cast and crew member talks about their relationship with the original show and what it meant to be involved with 'Back to the Rock'.

The extra, which you can watch in its entreaty below, showcases some wonderful and very funny behind-the-scenes footage of the puppets being brought to life and the level of detail that went into crafting the updated animatronics. Keep an eye out for the Doozer jetpack! It'll leave you wanting more and eager to tune in on Friday when the complete series joins the Apple TV+ catalogue.

Fun Fact:
In 1989, toward the end of the Cold War, 'Fraggle Rock' became the first American show to air in the Soviet Union.

'Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock' comes highly recommended and can now be pre-added to your Up Next queue.
